In this episode Brian has a beer with Rob Herrerra of The Mill, a co-working space in Wilmington, Delaware.

Always wanting to be an architect since he was 10 years old, Rob landed a position at a big firm and was fortunate enough to have a front row seat to working through the ups and downs of a new startup - at the time, called WeWork. Today, WeWork is recognized as the industry standard for co-working spaces across the world.

Rob explains in detail how the energy levels and culture were so infectious that he went from wanting to do architecture his whole life, to wanting to be a business owner; he caught the entrepreneurial bug. Today, Rob leases over 100,000 square feet of office space.
