Episode 10 - Jen Groover

In this episode, Brian has a virtual drink with inventor, international speaker, consultant, coach and author, Jen Groover. Like many entrepreneurs, Jen didn’t intend to start a business, but she managed to when she started a fitness program in college. Jen explains how her mom programmed her at a young age to become a problem solver despite her dysfunctional childhood which laid down a foundation for her to become an inventor and entrepreneur. She explains how the answer to her problem was the dishwasher tray that holds utensils.

Jen walks through an example of how the biggest quantum shifts in human behavior start from simplicity. She also goes over the first question in her latest book titled “The MORE Method,” her TED Talks, and much more that explains her path to success that can help you in your entrepreneurial journey. “Failure is part of the process on the journey to success.”
